Friends’ sound is an enthralling combination of everything from indie-pop to funk, which retains an edge that sets them apart from others on the scene. The group were shortlisted in the BBC Sound of 2012 poll and have received widespread media hype and attention.

Friends have now joined the likes of Ed Sheeran, Rizzle Kicks, Michael Kiwanuka and Mystery Jets by performing at the back of a Ford transit van for Bands in Transit. You can watch these live music performances and more on the Bands in Transit YouTube channel.
